DeliveryWe aim to dispatch all orders within 14 working days*. We recommend that you give an address where there will always be someone in to sign for the delivery.
While we endeavour to deliver within the times specified, any times quoted for delivery are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the goods howsoever caused.

Orders are sent out by Royal Mail First Class and should ordinarily arrive within one or two working days*.
*Please note : Working days are Monday- Friday excluding weekends and UK bank holidays.
We want you to be happy with everything you buy from us. However, as all of our goods are personalised and made to order we regret that we can only accept returned goods in the event of a defect in the material. You the Customer are solely responsible for inspecting your personalisation of the product carefully, including spelling errors, typographical errors and spacing when ordering. You the Customer are also solely responsible for inspecting the product upon delivery. if you feel the goods you have purchased are faulty or defective please notify us by emailing email@example.com prior to returning the goods, clearly explaining the reason for the return and the original invoice for the purchase. Potentially faulty goods will be examined to validate your entitlement to a refund. If we agree that the goods are defective, you will either be given a refund in full (including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the item to us) within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods, or we will replace the goods free of charge (in which case we will refund your reasonable costs in returning the goods to us). We shall have no further liability to you once you have been so refunded or the goods in question have been replaced. If you do not notify Bandino Limited of a defect in any goods, we shall have no liability for any defects and you shall be bound to pay for the goods
When returning goods please label your package clearly and wrap items securely. Items must be returned in the original packaging, unused, with proof of purchase, reason for return and corresponding order number, in a saleable condition.
A refund for the delivery charge will only be given in the unlikely event of faulty, damaged or incorrect items otherwise the customer will bear the delivery cost. We recommend that you obtain a proof of postage certificate, which is free of charge from the post office. The goods will remain your responsibility until we receive them.
All refunds will be given using the original payment method.
We cannot refund or exchange personalised products unless faulty.
